Attorney and business professional, Joe has a wide range of experiences that he applies to his legal practice.   With over twenty years of professional experience in various domains including law, engineering, and finance, he applies his wealth of knowledge to every problem to find solutions that work.  While most lawyers specialize in one or two areas, Joe knows that the problems of life and business don't fall into a single bucket and neither should your attorney's skills. Whatever the problem, Joe can help you work through it.

Joe's range of skills was hard won through education and experience. In 1998 he attained his bachelor's degree from the Pennsylvania State University in Political Science with minors in English and Philosophy.  After graduation he spent nearly three years providing litigation support for Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson. While at Fried, Frank, Joe also attended Johns Hopkins University receiving his master's degree in Computer Science in 2003. The sting of 9/11 called Joe to the need for better governmental information sharing. With that in mind he took his skills to FGM, Inc. where in support of the Department of Defense, he lead numerous software development and solutions projects focused on sharing information between government organizations. Over the next decade Joe's focus on providing the best solutions possible to his customers propelled him through the ranks to Vice President of FGM's Integrated Defense Systems division. After supporting FGM's acquisition by Novetta Solutions, Joe turned his attention back to his education attaining his Juris Doctorate from George Mason University's Antonin Scalia Law School where he graduated Cum Laude in 2019.  While in law school Joe worked briefly for the Commodity Futures Trading Commission's Enforcement Division supporting their numerous trial lawyers.

After graduating from law school, Joe spent a year navigating the federal and state statutes, administrative rules, and blue-sky laws to establish Fluidex Management, LLC and its associated Fluidex Family and Friends Forex Fund while minimizing overhead and compliance expenses through lean business processes and automation. Joe continues to run Fluidex Management, LLC which is responsible for the fund's compliance and trading.

Joe next turned his attention to the practice of law for others. In 2022 he started Avail Law, PLLC with the objective of applying his broad range of skills to a broad range of problems.  Since turning his attention to the general practice of law, he has worked with:
